BAD. Locks up Aperture, offers no findable tech support. BAD.

This is completely wrong. No easy way to quit the app on a Mac or to make changes. It has locked up Aperture and will not allow me to access photos for use on my iPad or iPhone. Everything on my Mac is acting like it’s mired in mud. There is no link to customer support. The “Memoiries Support” link on this App Store page goes to a perfectly useless page for signing up. No tech support links there, either.
